EFI is looking for an Order Management Representative to join our Sales Operations Team in our Eagan, MN office.

In this role, you will support the EPS business unit in a variety of ways and will report to the Senior Manager, Order to Cash.The role is very detailed oriented and requires interaction with our internal Contract Specialist team, Sales Development Managers and EFI customers. This position is responsible for maintaining EPS maintenance contracts, credit issuance administration and processing EPS orders and contracts. Additional duties include communicating to order fulfillment teams and invoicing orders upon fulfillment.


  • Entry of EPS orders and contracts into SAP
  • Maintaining and updating maintenance contracts in SAP
  • Interacts directly with a wide range of company departments to handle a variety of post-sale support functions and transactions
  • Acts as liaison for clients with regards to resolution of billing inquiries, RMAs, credit claims/disputes, and account management issues
  • Communicates with customers to fulfill software license sales
  • Monitors, confers, and responds to client contacts via email, phone, and website inquiries
  • Provides supplemental assistance to PrintSmith Contract Management, and other client facing functions as required
  • Additional project activities and other duties as assigned


  • 2-5 years experience in a customer care or service related environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to provide a premier customer experience – even under challenging circumstances
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Time management skills and efficiency are critical
  • This position will require individuals who possess very good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Individual needs to be able to work in a dynamic environment, be flexible and able to deal with conflict situations
  • Knowledge of SAP (mainly the Sales & Distribution module) preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM modules is preferred
  • “Hands on” attitude is a must
  • The individual needs to be competent with numbers
  • Quarter-End processing requires completion of orders received within the quarter
  • Prior direct experience/understanding of differing software models, including hosted, Windows, and MAC Platforms etc a plus
